All i have to say is i LOVE sharky’s as a child growing up we would take the boat out and eat at sharky’s at least four times out of the week until we moved. so i miss it. but im moving back and cant wait to get in that boat and visit.

Spent 20 summer vacations at OIB with sibs, parents and kids. My sis-in-law refused to do it after my mom died in 2006, but she and my brother still visit every summer (they are in W-S, I am in Maryland, other brother in Denver,CO). Biking to Sharkey’s for lunch and/or beer was a staple. Miss it still.

Any chance you would have “girl” shirts in future? As in, made to fit girls, rather just regular t-shirts? Same pattern/illustration, different cut…DO NOT make them *just* in “girly” colors, though.

What a great write up about all the new things that are happening at Sharkys. I will be making my first trip to visit there this summer and I am so excited to visit Sharkys while I am there.

I just imagine your new menu to be fantastic. I am impressed that Ray took the time off work to travel around the Islands to learn new recipes. I old stomach won’t tolerate the hot spices that the young people today seem to crave so I hope Ray keeps some of the old favorites around for us older folks.

Your deck sounds wonderful. I dream of being able to sit and watch and listen to the ocean waves, feeling the ocean breeze on my body while dining on wonderful food and a good old fashioned Coca Cola.
